Mattituck Presbyterian Church presents a very special dinner theater and movie event.
The movie is “The Most Reluctant Convert” and it features award-winning actor Max McLean as the older Lewis and Nicholas Ralph – star of PBS Masterpiece’s "All Creatures Great and Small" – as young Lewis.
The movie is Beautifully filmed in and around Oxford this engaging biopic follows the creator of The Chronicles of Narnia from the tragic death of his mother when he was just nine years old, through his strained relationship with his father, to the nightmare of the trenches of World War I to Oxford University, where friends like J.R.R. Tolkien challenge his unbelief.
Capping off the evening, we will be hosting a steak dinner theater with a live performance of C.S. Lewis' most unforgettable work, The Screwtape Letters, by local actor John Hudson.
The movie and theater are free!
The cost for dinner is $25 per person for the steak dinner and you can pay at the door.
