Bill Pasierb is the Director of Men Alive in Christ. His mission is to help men understand how God sees them and to encourage men to help each other grow to become the men God created them to be in order to excel in their marriages, relationships, and their God-given mission. 

He spent 13 years working with Man in the Mirror, a national ministry that comes alongside congregations and assists them in bringing all their men into a growing relationship with God. 

He resigned from Man in the Mirror in 2020 as an Area Director to begin this new mission that our Lord Jesus entrusted to him. Bill is married, has two step-kids. 

He enjoys biking, hiking, and the eye rolls he gets from his puns. 

Tor Torkelsen lives in Southold, NY. He is a native Long Islander. Tor is married to his wife Joni for 45 years and have three older children with three grandchildren. Born to an immigrant Norwegian family, his first language was Norwegian. He works as a home builder.

Tor grew up in an ethnic Norwegian Church where The Word of God was preached and lived out. He made a decision to follow Christ early on in life but have had my moments afterward.

He has been a Gideon for almost 30 years and has traveled for The Gideons to many Eastern European countries, Central Asia, Europe, and Mexico. He has also coordinated the NY City Bible Blitz for 20 years.

He serves at True Light Church in Southold and has been a member since they started. His goal now is to win more souls for Christ and to encourage others in their walk.

Tom Mercier has been a follower of Jesus since the age of thirty.  As a pediatrician for forty years, and a husband, father and grandfather, he has been encouraged by the verse from Micah 6:8, which is “What does the Lord require of you?  To do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.”  

Along with his wife of 43 years, Barbara, and their three children, he has led Bible studies, hosted home prayer meetings, and done international and domestic medical mission work.  He is an ordained minister, a senior chaplain with Crisis Response International, and president of the board of Arise Ukraine Ministries.  He has personally witnessed the Lord move in healing in his practice and through prayer in many venues. 

Retired from full time medical practice, his pursuit is to impact the generationswith a legacy of faith in God, love, and respect through the grace of the Lord.  

Pastor MarkDellosso is the senior pastor of Heart of Worship Church in Lindenhurst New York. Both he and his wife Lora, founded and organized the church in 2001. 

Pastor Mark is an anointed teacher and preacher dedicated to serving the Lord, his flock, and those outside his flock, that have needs. Originally ordained with the Church of God organization in Cleveland Tennessee, and now through Victory New Testament Fellowship located in Mesquite Texas, Pastor Mark continues to serve with over 30 years of pastoral experience.  

His wife Lora of 40 years, serves with Him as the Women's Pastor, leading the women’s ministry and Sarah’s House, home of un-wed mothers. (sarahshouseny.org). They have three children, all anointed and truly called, to serve the Lord with various gifting’s. Their daughter Gina, was suddenly called home to be with the Lord in 2020. Previous to that, she was an anointed vocalist in the worship team, and led both the Dance Team and Missions Team. Pastors son MarkJohn, serves as the worship Pastor.  Pastors youngest son, Christian also is a gifted musician on the worship team, and leads the creative, live-stream team, along with his wife Nicole. This family is a blessing and encouragement to all who know them! To God be the glory for His loving-kindness and faithfulness towards us.

Milton Vann is the Senior Pastor of Jefferson Temple – The Life Gate Church in Cutchogue, NY. He is a native of Mount Vernon, NY and was educated in the Mount Vernon Public School System until the 8^th grade. During his 8^th grade school year, He was accepted into the world renowned Boy’s Choir of Harlem and traveled and studied Vocal Performance under the tutelage of the late Dr. Walter J. Turnbull and the late Maestro Warren George R. Wilson.

After high school and during his college years, Milton went on to pursue a more extensive music career and traveled to sing and record in Canada, Brazil, South Korea, the Bahamas, Nigeria, South Africa,  Australia, and Germany. Over time the Lord has afforded Milton the opportunity to release his solo project entitled “My Life” and sing with world renowned singers such as Donnie McClurkin, Darlene Love, Carole King, James Taylor, Billy Joel, Emeli Sande, Trisha Yearwood, Gloria Estefan, and many more. He’s performed on national television platforms such as Bobby Jones Gospel, TBN, Saturday Night Live, The late Show with David Letterman as well as Steve Colbert, and more. One of the most cherished moments in Milton’s musical career to date, was the occasion in which he was invited to the White House for Gershwin Prize ceremony where he sang for President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and a host of America’s finest officers and officials.

Before and beyond any secular accomplishments, Milton Vann is a preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and accepted God’s call on his life at the age of 16. He was ordained as an elder in his church’s national body in June of 2008. After faithfully serving in the youth, music, evangelism, altar worker, and various other ministries, he was eventually appointed to serve as an associate pastor.

Pastor Vann currently leads and amazing assembly that is developing into a growing community of mature believers who model the love of Jesus Christ to diverse populations across Suffolk County, the nation, and the world. This loving assembly is working together to manifest the relevance of their faith through the power of the Holy Spirit, with bible-based teaching, united fellowship, spirit-filled worship, community and cultural involvement.

Pastor Vann and wife, Lady Charlotte, live amongst many of their congregants on the north fork of Long Island.

Pastor’s earnest ambition in life is to PRAISE ON PURPOSE,  to PREACH WITH POWER, and to PURSUE GOD’S PROMISE.
