Prelude - "Reckless Love"

Call to Worship - Psalm 133

How good and pleasant it is

when God’s people live together in unity!

It is like precious oil poured on the head,

running down on the beard,

running down on Aaron’s beard,

down on the collar of his robe.

It is as if the dew of Hermon

were falling on Mount Zion.

For there the LORD bestows his blessing,

even life forevermore.

Hymn - "Be Still My Soul"

Anthem - "He Remains Faithful"

Pastoral Prayer

Sermon - "Looking Up When Falling Down"

Sacrament of Communion

Confession of Sin

Jesus, forgive my sins. Forgive the sins that I remember, and the sins I have forgotten. Forgive my failures in the face of temptation, and those times when I have been stubborn in the face of correction. Forgive the times I have been proud of my achievements and when I have failed to boast in your works. Forgive the harsh judgments I have made of others, and the leniency I have shown myself. Forgive me of the times I have failed to listen to and have compassion for someone unlike me. Forgive the lies I have told others, and the truths I have avoided. Forgive me the pain I have caused others and the indulgence I have shown myself. Jesus, have mercy on me and make me whole. Amen.

Hymn - "Rock of Ages"

Benediction - "Go in the Grace of the Lord"
