New Sermon Series - A Place for The King

Pastor James is starting a new message series about making A Place for The King as we begin this Advent and Christmas Season.

Who is this Child that we welcome on Christmas Day? Who is Jesus? The King of heaven and earth, and Emmanuel, “God with us”. If the King is coming, how do we prepare a place for him: In our hearts, church, town, and nation? Advent is the Church season when we prepare for the birth of Jesus Christ. Join us for this new Advent message series, and begin to prepare a place for Jesus, our King, our Lord and Savior.

Who we are

Mattituck Presbyterian Church

(affectionately known as MPC or"mattpres" ) is an evangelical church that prays, studies, worships, and acts on the basis of God's Word as revealed in Jesus Christ. In doing that,

we share a journey of faith that is based solidly upon Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

More than anything, the people of MPC are a

people with a vision and our vision is the

wonder of Jesus Christ.

We don't always know the mind of God, but we do know His heart. It was revealed on the cross at Calvary.

Our God has pursued us through eternity and we want to pursue Him, here and now, by being faithful

     disciples of His Son Jesus,

practicing what he has told us to do.

Our desire is to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory

both now and forever! Amen." 2 Peter 3:18 Amen... and welcome.
